Terms of Use -


In General:
  • My graphics are not freeware. Everything on this site is copyright to me, Sarah Nuss, unless otherwise stated. For specifics, refer to the sections below.
  • Anything you use of mine needs to be credited to me, with my name and a link to www.saralyssan.com . You can use Saralyssan or my real name, Sarah Nuss, for the credit - I don't care which :) This includes bases and adopted dolls.
  • Do not directly link to any of my images. If you want to use something, save it and upload it to your own image host.
  • Do not display any of my work on websites that pertain to porn, clipart/gallery sites, or any kind of commercial use.
About dolls:
  • Do not take any of my dolls (whole, partial, edited or unedited) and claim them as your own work.
  • Please don't copy my stuff. That means you cannot look at an outfit on one of my dolls, draw it on another base and call it all yours. That goes for my tutorials, too.
  • You may adopt my dolls in their original form (as in, not edited) if you link me (www.saralyssan.com) "on" or next to the doll.
  • Don't use any of my dolls in any forum signatures, avatars, or website layouts unless I specifically made that doll for you.
  • Do not use any of my dolls (or doll parts) for drag-n-drops.
About bases:
  • Any bases on this site are free for you to use, with credit.
  • It's fine if you use my bases for a layout doll. Just make sure to give me credit and a link to www.saralyssan.com on every page on which the doll is displayed.
  • Edits are fine. Please still credit me for the original base, though.
  • Do not offer my bases on your own site, or take parts of my bases to 'help' you make your own.
  • If you have something in mind that doesn't entirely fit these terms, contact me about it.
About my other artwork:
  • Please do not use or post or use my artwork (edited or unedited) in any way. That includes website designs or graphics, forum avatars and signatures, blog layouts, and anything else I'm forgetting.
  • If you're desperate to use my art for something, contact me about it first.
